SimpliMove offers three program tiers suitable for beginners through to advanced, as well as programs that are designed for sitting or standing positions only.

If you experience muscle and joint pain in areas such as the knees, shoulders or back, our programs are adjusted to your specific needs and modified to avoid irritation. We have programs created to accommodate individuals with chronic diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis.
Tailored to your interests

Our programs have been developed with enjoyment and fulfillment in everyday life in mind. You will find workouts designed for boosting fitness for everyday activities such as gardening, travelling, manual chores, and staying fit in workplace environments. If you’re short on time our 2-minute MiniHit exercise programs keep you moving without taking up too much of your day.

Book a 30-minute telehealth consultation with a SimpliMove accredited physiotherapist or exercise physiologist. The health clinician will take a medical and exercise history and discuss your goals and interests, to advise and plan the best way for you to use the SimpliMove programs.

SimpliMove offers a broad suite of customizable and achievable programs to help you safely build your strength and balance with expert advice. There are programs for different abilities, to support your interest and reach your goals, all while accommodating your areas of pain. Each ability level has a program for all goal and interest areas, challenges and ‘minihits’. There are also many stand only programs for those who are unable or just don’t feel like getting on the floor!
